AI Technician Builder, a no-code platform, empowers OEMs to create vehicle-specific AI Technicians that assist owners, technicians, and engineers in swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues. The Builder allows OEMs to very easily create vehicle, model and trim specific AI Technician applications suited for multiple personas and user scenarios.
Builder utilizes Sonatus Collector AI to gather real-time vehicle data along with Sonatus Automator AI to perform further diagnostic scans, and fuses it with frontier large language models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to incorporate OEM’s proprietary knowledge resources, such as owner and factory service manuals.
